Eine equimolare Menge f\u00fchrt zur Sulfonierung, ein \u00dcberschuss zur Chlorsulfonierung. Die Herstellung von Chlorsulfons\u00e4ure ist Teil des CABB-Verbundsystems, sodass die Belieferung entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen sichergestellt ist.<\/p>\n<h3>Sulfonierung mit Schwefeltrioxid-Amin-Komplexen<\/h3>\n<p>Schwefeltrioxid-Amin-Komplexe stellen als \u201etransportables SO<sub>3<\/sub>\u201c eine interessante Alternative zu Chlorsulfons\u00e4ure, Oleum oder Schwefels\u00e4ure dar. Diese Komplexe sind einfach handhabbare Feststoffe, wobei die Wahl des Amins die Reaktivit\u00e4t des Komplexes steuert. Starke Lewis-Basen wie Trimethylamin sorgen f\u00fcr Stabilit\u00e4t, Dimethylformamid wiederum f\u00fcr Reaktivit\u00e4t. Ein ausgewogenes Verhalten zeigt der Pyridin-SO3-Komplex, der das Standardreagenz dieser Produktgruppe darstellt.<\/p>\n<h3>Schwefeldioxid<\/h3>\n<p>Schwefeldioxid wird h\u00e4ufig als Reagenz zur Desinfektion in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie und als Bleichmittel eingesetzt und ist daher ein wichtiges L\u00f6sungsmittel f\u00fcr CABB. Der Grund hierf\u00fcr: Sulfonierungen mit SO<sub>3<\/sub>, die bei -20\u00b0\u00a0C in fl\u00fcssigem Schwefeldioxid durchgef\u00fchrt werden, sind schonend und selektiv. Die Reaktion erfolgt in der Regel durch einen Katalysator auf Pd-Basis und verl\u00e4uft unter milden Bedingungen. Es k\u00f6nnen zahlreiche unterschiedliche L\u00f6sungsmittel wie Wasser, aromatische L\u00f6sungsmittel wie Toluol und Ether wie THF verwendet werden. Diese Reaktion findet Anwendung in der Agrochemie und Pharmazeutik.<\/p>\n<p>Die Suzuki-Kupplungsreaktion wird h\u00e4ufig angewendet, weil die h\u00e4ufigeren Organoboran- und Borons\u00e4uren im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich oder relativ preisg\u00fcnstig herzustellen sind.
