Thomas H. Ahrens leads the CABB Group as CEO since July 2023. He has more than 20 years of industry experience at executive board level in previous assignments among others at COMPO EXPERT and ENTHONE. He has a strong focus on driving global expansion strategies and delivering long-term profitable growth.

Markus joined CABB as its CFO in 2019. He held management positions in finance departments of international companies including Haniel Group, Escada AG and SAG Group over the past 25 years. Most recently, Markus was CFO of Landgard eG.

Tobias joined CABB in 2018 as head of the Program Management Office and has been nominated COO in 2020. Previously, Tobias contributed to strategic transformation programs in the chemical industry at Linde and Booz & Company, among others.

New to CABB in March 2023, Uwe has more than 20 years of management experience in the chemical and basic industries and has held positions as site manager at Clariant and SI Group, among others.

Ari joined CABB in March 2021. He brings 20 years of industry experience to his new Kokkola assignment, most recently with leadership positions at Kraton Chemical and Sun Chemical.

Andree has led the Gersthofen site since 2016 after a lengthy career in plant operations at Clariant and Hoechst.

Wolfgang joined CABB in 2009 and is currently responsible for Acetyl’s global production network and as Managing Director for CABB GmbH. He has 3 decades of experience in large scale production, with previous assignments at Hoechst and Clariant.

Jeff has been part of Jayhawk’s team since 1989, serving in a variety of production and project assignments in the US and Europe, prior to his present role leading the Galena site for CABB.

Benjamin joined CABB in 2019. His career in the chemical industry spans 20 years and includes assignments in technical, commercial and management roles with Mitsubishi, Chevron Phillips and AkzoNobel.
