Over the last 20 years the CABB Group made several strategic acquisitions, including SF-Chem, Pratteln, Switzerland, which added sulfonation, chlorination, and custom manufacturing capabilities; Kemfine, Kokkola, Finland, expanding our base for custom manufacturing; a joint venture with Jinwei Huasheng Chemical Co., Shandong, China, adding additional MCA capacity; and Jayhawk Fine Chemicals, Galena, Kansas, USA, which was sold again in 2026 to sharpen their strategy.
