Over the last 15 years CABB made several strategic acquisitions, including SF-Chem, Pratteln, Switzerland, which added sulfonation, chlorination, and custom manufacturing capabilities; Kemfine, Kokkola, Finland, expanding our base for custom manufacturing; a joint venture with Jinwei Huasheng Chemical Co., Shandong, China, adding additional MCA capacity; and most recently Jayhawk Fine Chemicals, Galena, Kansas, USA, to establish CABB as a transatlantic service provider.
