Sulzbach/Pratteln, May 24, 2022 – The CABB Group is delighted to be returning to Chemspec Europe 2022, in Frankfurt. The international fine and specialty chemicals fair is taking place for the 35th time this year. Following the cancellations of the past couple of years owing to the pandemic, the CABB Group will now be able to assist customers and discuss projects directly on site again.
Chemspec Europe, the international trade fair for fine and specialty chemicals, is being held in Frankfurt and is one of the most important platforms for exchanges in the chemicals industry. Following the two cancellations caused by the pandemic in recent years, CABB is looking forward to being a part of this platform once again. The fair will take place from May 31 to June 1 at Messe Frankfurt. You can find CABB at Stand 12.1 F10 (Link to exhibitor profile).
To meet the increasing market demands, CABB has invested significantly in its locations in Europe, the USA and China, resulting in an even greater capacity and supply security for its customers. At Chemspec Europe, CABB will be particularly presenting the fine chemical products and technologies from the US Galena site, which has now been fully incorporated into the Group. This site specializes among other things in the manufacture and development of special anhydrides as well as complex crop science products. CABB now offers its customers from the crop sciences and life sciences sectors the option of having customer-specific molecules manufactured locally for the North American market.
The “One CABB” project will accelerate the company’s further growth, while customers will benefit from an even better service. Valerie Diele-Braun, CEO of CABB Group, says: “We have our goal clearly in our sights. We would like to be the first port of call in our markets for fine chemical products and services in the fields of crop sciences, life sciences and performance materials. With our fully integrated and modern global production plants and services, we are ideally placed to meet the growing demand from our customers.”
CABB is also continuing to invest in its diverse sustainability initiatives. CABB is committed to the highest standards for ESG issues. In its completely revised 2021 Sustainability Report, CABB has published a detailed overview over a wide array of key performance indicators as well as measures. Since April, CABB has also been an active member of the global “Together for Sustainability” initiative. Valerie Diele-Braun, CEO of CABB Group, says: “This is another important milestone in our sustainability strategy. We look forward to working together with all members of the initiative to develop and implement further measures in the area of sustainability. Our stated goal is to improve further through continued commitment in all areas of ESG.”
